• Symmetrio is seeking a SaaS Sales Executive. • Drive growth for clients' solutions in Mid-Market segments. • Carry a quarterly sales quota and build a robust sales pipeline. • Manage prospects through a rigorous sales process. • Responsible for migrating current clients onto the new SaaS solution.
• Bachelor’s degree. • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience - bonus points for previous experience in a tech startup selling into finance and exposure to accounting (even if it’s limited). • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and comfortable closing deals with an average selling price of $50k+ ARR. • Knowledge of ARM, 1st and 3rd party debt collection preferred. • Previous experience selling Fintech solutions. • Knowledge of values-based and ROI selling. • Technical acumen to articulate complex technical products to prospects. • Use of Salesforce is preferred. • Strong business acumen and persuasion and influence skills. • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills. • Travel up to 10 days per month for Mid-Market position.
