Description

• T-Minus Zero is a new, first-party, remote-first studio formed by veteran game developers. • Our mission is to build epic, immersive action games where players from around the world play together. • Looking for people who have a passion for making great player experiences. • As a Senior UI Designer, you will help to drive the design and implementation of user experiences across our gaming titles. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including game designers, artists, and engineers, to ensure exceptional user experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in UI Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • 5+ years of professional experience in UI design, with a significant portion in the gaming industry. • Strong proficiency in UI design tools such as Photoshop, Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. • Proven experience leading UI design projects from concept to implementation. • Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI design projects and methodologies. • Ability to create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform design decisions. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Experience working with Unreal Engine. • Knowledge of front-end development languages and scripting, either visual or traditional. • Experience with motion design and creating interactive prototypes. • Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices in UI design. • Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of game design principles.
