β’ 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in construction technology, BIM/VDC solutions, or engineering software. β’ Demonstrated experience working in startup environments and contributing to the refinement of sales processes. β’ Subject matter knowledge of the AEC industry, particularly related to building systems coordination challenges. β’ Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex product capabilities. β’ Proficiency with modern sales technology stack including CRM platforms, outreach tools, and sales enablement software. β’ Experience with consultative selling and a discovery-based approach to identify customer pain points. β’ Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value. β’ Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in previous roles. β’ Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, or related field (or equivalent experience). β’ Preferred: Experience selling AI or automation technology to technical professionals. β’ Understanding of BIM (Building Information Modeling) workflows and challenges. β’ Prior experience with Revit or similar building design software. β’ Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems design processes. β’ MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
