📋 Description

• Tackle is the leading solution built to help software companies generate revenue through a data-driven Cloud go-to-market (Cloud GTM). • Our Platform and our team come together to help our customers identify the right buyers, grow cloud co-sell relationships, and transact efficiently at scale through AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft. • Tackle works with more than 500 software companies including CrowdStrike, HashiCorp, New Relic, Snyk and many more at every stage—from companies scaling their go-to-market to the largest software companies in the world. • We are venture backed by three of the world's top SaaS investors—a16z, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Coatue—to execute on our mission to positively transform the way that software is sold. • We’re seeking an experienced Director of Product Management who will be responsible for building, developing, and leading a high-performing product management team. • You will define and execute a product roadmap that leverages our unique data and AI capabilities to solve customer problems in innovative ways. • Reporting to the VP of Product and Engineering, you will collaborate closely with engineering, UX, cloud operations, data teams, go-to-market teams and customers to drive the next phase of our product evolution.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. • Proven track record of building and scaling product teams, particularly in SaaS environments. • Strong experience with data-centric products and leveraging AI/ML to solve customer problems. • Deep understanding of B2B enterprise software and go-to-market challenges. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated ability to engage with customers and translate their needs into actionable product requirements. • Experience working with cloud technologies and platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred). • Experience in delighting personas that include a variety of revenue roles including sellers, sales leaders, partner teams, marketing, marketing, and finance with differentiating features and solutions. • Proficiency with product management tools such as JIRA and Confluence. • Passion for innovation and delivering customer-centric solutions.
