Our comprehensive care program takes a profoundly personal, evidence-based approach to improving patient outcomes for joint, back, and muscle conditions. β€’ Role Overview: The Vice President of Performance Excellence is responsible for establishing and driving enterprise-wide strategies that enhance operational governance, strategic planning, performance measurement, and workforce effectiveness. β€’ Key Responsibilities: Define and maintain an effective governance framework, partner with leadership to establish KPIs, refine staffing models, and enhance clinical workforce quality.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA, MHA, or equivalent) is preferred. 10+ years of leadership experience in operations, strategy, performance management, or enterprise project execution. β€’ Leadership & Execution: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive organizational change, and execute enterprise-wide initiatives. β€’ Operational Excellence: Strong background in optimizing business processes, improving efficiency, and aligning operations with strategic objectives. β€’ Data-Driven Decision-Making: Experience leveraging performance metrics, analytics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategy and measure success. β€’ Preferred Experience: Familiarity with governance frameworks, enterprise planning, project management methodologies, clinical workforce training, and staffing model development is a plus.
