• About Tailscale: Delivering software that makes it easy to securely interconnect people and their devices. • Reporting to the Sales Operations Lead, engage with our GTM team. • Optimize revenue streams and enhance operational efficiency across sales, marketing, and customer success functions. • Leverage data analytics, system integrations, and process improvements to drive growth and scalability. • Design, develop, deploy and maintain complex Salesforce solutions. • Independently lead Salesforce deployments, manage datastack including Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot, Apollo.io. • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance productivity.

Requirements

• Proficient in declarative development – Flow design, Validation Rules, and Formula Fields, with the capability to utilize Apex and Lightning Web Components. • Experience in managing sales technologies, including Salesforce (SFDC), HubSpot, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. • Strong Salesforce administration skills, with a proven track record of optimizing the platform to enhance operational performance. • Familiarity with SaaS business models and product-led growth strategies. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
