Description

•About Tailscale: building the new Internet by delivering software for secure interconnection. •Seeking a full-time Engineering Manager to lead our Security team. •Support secure application development processes and manage the detection and response function. •Lead compliance activities and provide guidance to security engineers. •Help grow the organization by interviewing and developing the security team.

Requirements

•Demonstrated leadership with substantial experience in managing and mentoring Security teams. •Ideal candidates will have deep experience in Product Security, and a broad background in other security disciplines. •Ability to give and process constructive feedback, as well as work independently. •Flexibility to adjust to the dynamic nature of a startup.
