β€’ Territory Business Manager will drive Immunology sales growth through execution of sales strategies. β€’ Collaborate with Regional Business Director and multiple customer-facing team members to ensure patients are supported through their PI journey. β€’ Drive demand generation efforts through a focus on healthcare professionals. β€’ Manage through the complexity of the IG marketplace (distribution, site of care). β€’ Work with third-party specialty pharmacies to ensure patients receive access to therapy. β€’ Must compliantly follow all policies and guidelines and ensure high level of customer satisfaction and exudes Takeda culture and values.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Required: Clinical sales background with a Bachelor of Science degree (minimum) β€’ 7+ years of demonstrated successful relevant healthcare experience managing and being accountable for own business. β€’ Work across organizational functions. β€’ Results driven- a track record of results and compliance throughout career. β€’ Understanding of customers motivations and needs. β€’ Business acumen and knowledge of sales processes. β€’ Territory planning skills are required. β€’ Experience displaying the ability to excel both in team and individual contributor settings. β€’ Effective at acquiring and analyzing customer data to create sales strategies. β€’ Change agility skills and experiences required. β€’ Preferred: Knowledge of and experience in Immunology is desirable. β€’ Biotech experience desirable. β€’ Experience with Specialty Pharmacy is encouraged. β€’ Results in influencing HCPs to prescribe and product launch experience. β€’ Conduct physician engagements on evenings, including the execution of Peer-to-Peer programming. β€’ Requirement to support conventions and meetings supporting Immunology.
