•We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Salesperson to join our team. •This role is focused on driving sales in the events industry, targeting event caterers, planners, and industry professionals involved in birthdays, weddings, corporate events, and more. •The ideal candidate will be adept at conducting outbound sales calls, managing a CRM, generating leads, and developing sales pitches. •Additionally, the Salesperson will handle incoming messages and direct them to the Customer Service Team. •Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, including event caterers, wedding planners, and other professionals in the events space. •Build and maintain a robust CRM database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. •Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate new leads and convert them into clients. •Perform cold calls and follow-up calls to nurture leads and close sales deals. •Manage and direct incoming sales inquiries to the Customer Service (CS) team for follow-up and support. •Track and report on sales performance, including call metrics, lead conversion rates, and sales pipeline status. •Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and promotions. •Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure a positive client experience. •Generate leads through various channels such as phone, email, social media, and networking events. •Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches to prospective clients. •Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
