Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CFA preferred. • Proven experience in FP&A management within a software products and services company. • Strong financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting skills. • Proficiency in Netsuite or similar ERP systems for financial data utilization. • Expertise in budgeting, planning, and variance analysis. • Solid understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and compliance. • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities. • Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
