• This is a remote position. • E-commerce Marketplace Manager. • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to maximize sales, profitability, and brand presence on the Amazon platform. • Continuously refine product listings through compelling content, high-quality imagery, and targeted keywords to improve search rankings and conversion rates. • Collaborate with our external agency to manage and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and achievement of performance goals. • Plan and execute effective promotional activities to boost product visibility and drive sales on Amazon. • Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock. • Partner with external agencies to proactively monitor and protect our brand reputation on Amazon, preventing unauthorized sales and ensuring brand integrity. • Leverage data-driven insights to analyze sales trends, promotional performance, customer feedback, and competitor activity, informing strategic decision-making and continuous improvement. • Collaborate with our customer experience team to address inquiries, reviews, and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive and seamless shopping experience for our customers. • Foster strong relationships with marketing, sales, production, logistics, and customer experience teams to align on business objectives and achieve optimal results. • Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of 4-5 direct reports, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in Amazon account management, with a minimum of 4 years focused on Amazon Seller Central. • ASC is a firm requirement. • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth, optimizing product listings, and managing Amazon advertising campaigns. • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making. • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, effectively prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions. • Willingness to travel domestically several times per year.
