• Identify and engage potential customers through inbound and outbound strategies. • Understand client challenges and position the client as the problem-solving expert. • Support existing customers, ensuring they maximize the value of our platform. • Manage the end-to-end sales process – from first contact to deal closure. • Work closely with the CS team for smooth onboarding and long-term value delivery. • Use HubSpot (or other CRM tools) to track pipeline, customer interactions, and deal progress. • Your insights will help shape sales processes, pricing models, and product-market fit.
• Sales experience in B2B SaaS, data analytics, retail intelligence, or urban planning solutions (experience level flexible – junior to senior). • Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to identify client pain points and offer solutions. • Fluent in English & German (proficient level required). • Passionate about data, urban intelligence, and transforming retail. • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment. • CRM experience (HubSpot preferred but not required).
