Description

• Design, implement, and support Oracle EBS financials and purchasing. • Conduct analysis and develop requirements for system development. • Collaborate with IT and business teams to document needs. • Lead functional strategy sessions and facilitate gap-fit analysis. • Develop project documentation to ensure timely execution. • Support existing applications and address ad hoc business data requirements. • Apply Oracle EBS expertise for competitive advantage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. • Proven experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS) and related modules. • Experience with Oracle AIM methodology and strong understanding of project management principles. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Familiarity with Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts. • Prior experience in a project management or lead role is preferred. • Strong grasp of Metrics and KPI concepts, particularly focused on Finance functions. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively. • Experience with Oracle EBS upgrades or cloud migration. • Experience with BI Publisher, Oracle Reports, or Discoverer. • Relevant Oracle certifications, such as Oracle EBS Functional Consultant, are a plus.
