Description

• Investigate front-end Oracle application issues by capturing information, shadowing end users, and testing workflows. • Perform back-end tasks including gathering log files, querying tables, updating database fields, and cycling servers. • Document all activities, notes, resolutions, and create knowledge articles throughout the investigation lifecycle. • Prioritize work based on issue severity while balancing both client and business needs. • Collaborate with internal teams across various regions to ensure efficient issue resolution. • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to provide timely updates. • Provide on-call support as needed during different shifts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum 4 years of related work experience. • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience troubleshooting technical issues. • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate efficiently with global teams and clients. • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). • Experience with Linux/Unix environments. • Scripting or Programming Skills (e.g., Shell, Python). • ITIL or Incident Management Certification. • Database Management Experience. • Experience with Cloud Services (Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure). • Version Control Systems (Git, SVN).
