Description

β€’ Provide meticulous financial support and manage monthly close processes for multiple nonprofit clients. β€’ Ensure the accuracy of financial reporting through annual budget development and balance sheet reconciliation. β€’ Provide timely, accurate monthly financial reports to the Director of Accounting and Executive Director. β€’ Oversee deposits, investment accounts, and annual audit process. β€’ Verify coding on invoices and review details prior to processing. β€’ Prepare and reconcile monthly financial reporting as needed.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field β€’ 3+ years of proven accounting experience β€’ Strong understanding of association management and nonprofits. β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with extensive Excel skills. β€’ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. β€’ Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with ability to convey information in writing and verbally. β€’ High ethical standards and integrity. β€’ Self-starter who is driven and has the ability to work independently β€’ Exhibit a high level of attention to detail in order to produce accurate results β€’ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to support strategic direction
