🎯 Requirements

• College degree with a focus on digital marketing, business strategy, or a related field. • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in relevant settings; having held positions within management consulting and leading growth marketing initiatives, preferably within private equity-backed environments. • Demonstrated ability to deploy effective growth strategies in high-pressure settings, achieving notable results. • Proficient in utilizing analytics and digital tools to inform strategic decisions and drive client success. • Ability to blend analytical rigor with creative thinking to enhance marketing effectiveness and drive organizational growth. • Strong capability to lead multidisciplinary teams, promoting a culture of innovation and adaptability. • Ability to communicate strategically in writing, through slides, and in person to engage and influence stakeholders effectively.
