Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive data analytics strategy aligned with our business goals • Oversee the development and implementation of advanced analytics models and algorithms • Utilize machine learning, AI, and statistical techniques to extract insights from complex datasets • Develop, deploy, and own an experimentation framework to be leveraged across the organization • Pair with product leaders to form and test hypotheses for product enhancements, directly influencing our areas of investment and direction of the business; estimate and measure the impact of these initiatives on key business metrics • Write complex SQL queries and Python scripts to source and transform datasets • Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns, anomalies, and hypotheses for further investigation • Translate complex data findings into clear and concise reports, presenting analytics results and recommendations to executive leadership and other key stakeholders • Map and analyze customer journeys to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement • Utilize Omni, our BI platform, to build insightful reports and dashboards and source data for your analyses

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a smaller company or start-up environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field - a Master’s degree is preferred • Strong attention to detail and desire to work with complex data sets • Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms, including SQL, Python, R • Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling • Experience with BI tools such as Omni or Looker • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate business problems into data-driven solutions • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations that can be presented to the executive leadership team
