Description

• Design, develop, and implement sales training programs and initiatives • Create and maintain sales training materials, including presentations, playbooks, and job aids • Deliver engaging and interactive sales training sessions to new hires and existing sales team members • Assess and analyze the effectiveness of sales training programs and make continuous improvements • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify and address training needs and skill gaps • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure sales enablement materials align with product updates and marketing campaigns • Provide ongoing coaching and support to the sales team to drive performance and productivity

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement or sales training role • Proven track record of designing and delivering successful sales training programs • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and processes • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Highly organized with strong project management skills • Proficient in creating and maintaining sales training materials • Knowledge of sales enablement tools and technologies • Passionate about supporting and developing sales teams
