Description

• Target Group are a leading business services provider in lending, investments and insurance. • You'll be involved in shaping the growth of the business and try new things. • Handling both inbound and outbound calls with Welsh and English-speaking customers. • Your shifts will be Monday - Friday between 8.30am and 6.30pm, with 1 in 3 Saturdays. • Having great conversations with customers over the phone. • Supporting customers with a variety of vulnerabilities. • Treating customers fairly ensuring a fair and compliant outcome. • Achieving performance measures including quality, avoidable complaints, and business KPIs. • Understanding customers' queries and providing correct resolutions.

Requirements

• Customer service experience or Contact centre experience. • Experience supporting and dealing with vulnerable customers. • A fluent Welsh speaker. • Passionate about providing fantastic levels of service for customers. • Able to work and learn quickly in a fast paced, fun and dynamic environment.
