β’ Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields. β’ 5+ years selling loyalty, CRM, or digital marketing solutions to financial institutions, or like industry. β’ Familiarity with working in a sales/commercial environment including interacting with customers and closing individual deals β’ Proven success selling complex technical platform deals β’ Strong presentation skills β’ Ability to work with stakeholders across prospect organization from CXO level through program Managers β’ Experience in cardholder lifecycle management β’ Working knowledge of SalesForce and other pipeline management tools β’ Up to 50% travel required.
