Description

β€’ Develop and execute Sales strategies for loyalty products for a diverse list of clients. β€’ Understand the complex needs of financial institutions in leveraging loyalty solutions and benefits to create compelling programs. β€’ Work with Solution Engineering (technical counterparts) across deal cycle to deliver solutions that satisfy prospects business requirements and align with product and delivery capabilities. β€’ Create and deliver personalized presentation materials for prospects that are appropriate for each stage of the sales cycle. β€’ Be proficient at pipeline management and tenacious in matching client needs with Mastercard loyalty solutions. β€’ Formulate, articulate and promote new opportunities and client benefits to internal and external stakeholders. β€’ Work with legal teams to complete all internal contracting processes. β€’ Assist in providing subject matter expertise and feedback on loyalty products for internal and external audiences. β€’ Proactively seek new knowledge and skills contributing to the intellectual capital of the organization.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields. β€’ 5+ years selling loyalty, CRM, or digital marketing solutions to financial institutions, or like industry. β€’ Familiarity with working in a sales/commercial environment including interacting with customers and closing individual deals β€’ Proven success selling complex technical platform deals β€’ Strong presentation skills β€’ Ability to work with stakeholders across prospect organization from CXO level through program Managers β€’ Experience in cardholder lifecycle management β€’ Working knowledge of SalesForce and other pipeline management tools β€’ Up to 50% travel required.
