•TAT-Limco is recognized as a world leader in the Aerospace Industry. •As the premier choice for Heat Transfer manufacturing and MRO, TAT-Limco provides high-value alternatives to Commercial, Regional, and Rotary Aircraft customers worldwide. •TAT-Limco is also a premier in the Defense Industry. •As the preferred choice for Heat Transfer new manufacturing and MRO, TAT-Limco affords the best-value solutions for our Military customers globally. •TAT Limco in Tulsa, OK is looking for an experienced Sales Development Manager to grow our customer footprint with new business. •This role will report to the General Manager (GM) of TAT Limco in Tulsa, OK. •This position offers a unique opportunity to drive growth and success within TAT Limco's aerospace sales division, contributing to the company's strategic expansion plans and continued market leadership. •Develop and execute a structured sales/business plan to penetrate targeted customers, resulting in significant market growth and revenue expansion in standard managed accounts. •Grow the pipeline of standard managed accounts to double our Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) business in the next year, focusing on revenue and margin targets for short-term and long-term opportunities. •Execute TAT Limco's Proactive Account Management sales process, ensuring key customer needs and service expectations are managed across the organization. •Drive the end-to-end pursuit process, overcoming obstacles to ensure deals are closed on time with maximum value to the customer. •Develop persuasive proposals responding to customer requests, focusing on clear and articulate value propositions. •Maintain an updated database of accounts and pursuits in Salesforce, providing clear status updates to management.

Requirements

•Minimum 5 years experience in Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) aftermarket sales to customers at or above the buyer level. •Documented ability to manage multiple sales pursuits in an aggressive timeline environment, focusing on meeting deadlines and driving deal closure. •Strong verbal and written communication skills, proven to achieve results across various cultures. •Demonstrated capability in utilizing business and financial acumen to compose complex commercial sales proposals and negotiate final terms. •Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools for managing end-to-end sales processes. •Ability to operate and solve problems where ambiguity and conflicting priorities may exist. •Unwavering commitment to operate in a highly compliant, diverse, and inclusive atmosphere.
