β€’ About Tava: β€’ Tava Health is a venture-backed, online mental health platform that partners with employers to provide convenient, high-quality, accessible mental health resources to employees and their dependents. β€’ Our mission is to Be the preferred ecosystem for providers to build and grow thriving private practices. β€’ If you are passionate about mental health and want to make a significant impact in the industry, Tava Health is the place for you. β€’ We are currently seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships to join our team. β€’ In this role, you will be responsible for driving partnership strategies and initiatives to accelerate Tava Health's growth and expand our reach. β€’ Responsibilities: β€’ Develop and execute strategic relationships with health plans through identifying opportunities to maximize referral pathways. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain relationships with health plan partners and care navigation teams within those health plans. β€’ Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with Tava Health's objectives and ensure a win-win outcome for all parties involved. β€’ Serve as a thought leader and advocate for Tava Health in the mental health industry, representing the company at conferences, events, and industry forums. β€’ Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments. β€’ Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure successful implementation and execution of partnership initiatives. β€’ Maintain a deep understanding of Tava Health's products and services, and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential partners.

Requirements

β€’ 7+ years of experience in health plan sales preferably in the healthcare or technology industry. β€’ Proven track record of successfully establishing and managing health plan sales or other relevant organizations. β€’ Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to drive mutually beneficial outcomes. β€’ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence key stakeholders. β€’ Ability to think strategically, analyze market trends, and identify partnership opportunities that align with business objectives. β€’ Self-motivated and driven to achieve results, with a strong sense of accountability.
