Requirements

• 5 years of progressive sales experience in a similar regional or senior management role, preferably within CCaaS/CPaaS/UCaaS industry or related field. • Strong leadership qualities with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams. • Excellent understanding of market dynamics, business strategy, and financial principles. • A customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand client needs, anticipate market trends, and deliver solutions that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
