Description

• Processes paperwork received from branches and other units to ensure accuracy and completeness • Takes corrective action as necessary • Performs complex or non-routine administrative tasks exercising judgment and discretion • Works within standard procedures or modifies procedures for supervisory review and approval • Tasks may include filing, research, and customer service and contact • Provides information and procedural knowledge for less experienced staff

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • 2-4 years related experience • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in common PC applications • Knowledge of deposit services policies and procedures or other relevant banking operations experience is required • Excellent Customer Service Skills • Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to prioritize workload to meet unit objectives • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Ability to provide guidance to others, clarifying complex policies and procedures and facilitating knowledge-sharing
