Description

• Processes paperwork received from branches and other units to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Takes corrective action as necessary. • Performs complex or non-routine administrative tasks exercising judgment and discretion. • Works within standard procedures or modifies procedures for review and approval. • Provides information and procedural knowledge for less experienced staff.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • 2-4 years related experience • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in common PC applications • Knowledge of deposit services policies and procedures or other relevant banking operations experience • Excellent Customer Service Skills • Demonstrated attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Ability to provide guidance to others
