Description

• Manages a team of sales representatives in a Contact Center • Provides day-to-day team leadership and work direction • Coaches and motivates colleagues to achieve goals • Monitors productivity and performance effectiveness • Participates in hiring and developing best mortgage sales talent • Ensures adherence to changing rules and regulations in the mortgage industry • Partners with internal and external groups to resolve customer issues • Manages team with moderate to high risk decision making responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience • 3+ years' experience in mortgage origination • 1+ years management experience • Mortgage industry & product knowledge • Excellent communication and sales skills • Prior leadership or progressive responsibility in Contact Center/Bank/Mortgage experience • Ability to coach and mentor others • Strong conflict resolution skills • Capacity to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong analytical skills • Excellent customer service and computer skills • Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays
