📋 Description

• Work with the Power Solutions PM Team to understand product roadmaps and priorities. • Develop and execute tailored marketing plans focused on digital presence and branding. • Collaborate with key partners on joint marketing initiatives to expand reach. • Use marketing automation tools to manage campaigns and track performance. • Develop content to drive awareness and position TE as a thought leader.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Engineering, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, or a related role. • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing plans for technical products. • Skills: Strong understanding of power solutions, connectors, and high-speed communications. • Proficient in marketing automation tools and data analytics. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences. • Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment. • Attributes: Results-driven mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making. • Strong project management skills to balance multiple priorities and deadlines. • Proactive problem-solver with a collaborative mindset.
