📋 Description
• Perform contact center support for federal student loans • Review customer applications for various student loan programs • Adhere to applicable client requirements and regulations • Ensure high levels of privacy and security for customers • Assist with borrower program concerns and compliance issues
🎯 Requirements
• High School diploma required • 12 months experience in administrative support • 12 months computer experience in a business environment • Must NOT be in default on any Federal Student Loans • Must be a US Citizen • Must obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
