Description

• Providing client support for EOR inquiries related to HR, finance, legal, and payroll • Coordinating employee lifecycle processes from post-onboarding to offboarding • Conducting research and maintaining compliance databases • Building relationships with in-country partners • Developing process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency • Managing records through Hubspot CRM and internal platform

Requirements

• Experience in client support related to HR, payroll, or legal matters • Skilled in managing complex inquiries and providing problem-solving solutions • Experience in a startup or scaleup environment • Fluent in English and a European language • Additional fluency in Portuguese, German, Dutch, or Danish is a plus • Knowledge of HRIS or CRM systems such as Hubspot • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Strong attention to detail and results-driven
