β’ Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar sales role in the staffing industry. β’ Strong understanding of the staffing and recruiting process and its challenges. β’ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. β’ Ability to build rapport and trust with clients easily. β’ Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. β’ Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. β’ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
