• Team Rubicon (TR) is seeking a Leased Employee, Recruiter to join our People Operations team! • The Leased Employee, Recruiter will be responsible for identifying candidates through various channels, conducting initial screenings, and collaborating with hiring teams. • The Leased Employee, Recruiter will provide insights on candidate selection, inform candidates about the role and company culture, and extend job offers while negotiating employment terms. • This position reports to TR’s Deputy Director, Talent Management and can be based remote anywhere within the United States. • This is a temporary assignment lasting 3-6-months with potential for extension. The role will be managed through a third-party staffing agency partnered with Team Rubicon.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 2-4 years recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment (preferably within a complex scaling or high-growth organization or staffing agencies); or equivalent experience with demonstrated success building effective, front to back recruiting pipelines • Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, et al), LinkedIn, and various online sourcing methods and CRM/ATS tools (Greenhouse ATS preferred) • Experience handling sensitive information with discretion and a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
