β€’ This is a remote position. β€’ The Recruiter plays a vital role in identifying, attracting, and acquiring top talent for HYRE HARPER Co. across our various service lines. β€’ You will source qualified candidates through various channels, prescreen applicants, conduct interviews, and present the best fits to hiring managers. β€’ You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive recruitment experience for all parties involved. β€’ Responsibilities: Sourcing and Candidate Attraction: Utilize various recruiting tools and methodologies to identify qualified candidates for open positions across staffing, project management, and business consulting. β€’ Build and leverage a network of talent sources, including online job boards, professional organizations, and social media platforms. β€’ Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market. β€’ Candidate Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes and cover letters to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with job requirements. β€’ Conduct initial phone screenings and in-depth interviews to evaluate a candidate's skills, experience, and cultural fit. β€’ Utilize behavioral interviewing techniques to effectively assess a candidate's potential for success within HYRE HARPER Co. β€’ Client and Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across different departments. β€’ Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements for open positions. β€’ Keep hiring managers informed throughout the recruitment process, providing regular updates and feedback. β€’ Recruitment Process Management: Manage the entire recruitment process from initial candidate identification to offer negotiation and placement. β€’ Schedule and conduct interviews efficiently, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. β€’ Prepare offer letters and manage the onboarding process for successful candidates. β€’ Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruiting activities and candidate information. β€’ Assist with the development and implementation of effective recruiting strategies. β€’ Stay informed of current market trends and industry best practices in recruitment.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) β€’ 2+ years of experience in a recruiting role within a staffing agency, professional services firm, or similar environment β€’ Strong understanding of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation β€’ Proven ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers at all levels β€’ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) a plus
