Description

• Lead and maintain a high-performing engineering culture, fostering innovation and professional growth. • Oversee development of shared code (themes, authentication, host apps) and cross-product features. • Drive high-quality delivery of React Native applications. • Manage performance optimizations, migrations, and maintenance of apps. • Conduct design/code reviews and champion best practices. • Develop and execute the mobile engineering strategy in collaboration with senior leadership. • Ensure timely delivery of mobile projects while managing resource allocation and balancing priorities. • Partner with cross-functional teams and Product Management to align engineering initiatives with product roadmaps.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in mobile development, with at least 3 years dedicated to React Native. • Proven track record of managing and mentoring high-performing engineering teams. • Expertise in designing and implementing scalable mobile app architectures. • Advanced knowledge of modern React and React Native best practices. • Proficiency in TypeScript, with a deep understanding of automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines for mobile development. • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to navigate technical and organizational challenges effectively.
