📋 Description

• The Asset-Based Lending Loan Operations Specialist supports Tech Capital ABL business and loan portfolio management • Coordinates required collateral support for daily advances and initial loan funding • Assists in maintaining strong documentation management and oversight of the ABL process • Leads daily processing of loan collections and applying collections to the loan collateral base • Generates due diligence reports including credit reports, UCC searches, and other required reports

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree in a business or STEM discipline, or equivalent work experience • 3+ years’ experience in related disciplines, including loan processing and documentation • Strong analytical and problem resolution skills • Solid understanding of loan documentation and operational needs • Strong organization, verbal and written communication skills • Awareness of loan processing rules, regulations, policies and procedures • Effective interpersonal skills • Ability to navigate multiple software applications; MS suite of applications, financial spreading tools • Ability to participate, sustain performance, and thrive on a high-energy team
