• Own a long-term relationship with strategic portfolio of Teladoc Health direct to employer clients • Work with clients to define and execute a Teladoc Health program strategy • Own complete sales quota to grow business and manage the end-to-end renewal process • Convert “model” clients into Teladoc Health advocates • Drive client success in tangible metrics • Develop metrics for success/ROI based on each client’s goals • Ensure clients and their members are utilizing key product features to maximize success • Build and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders • Identify client challenges and risk areas, develop solutions • Maintain high levels of client engagement, satisfaction and loyalty • Maintain “black belt” expertise on Teladoc Health’s product suite • Drive, execute and participate in special events for your clients • Manage client issues and escalations

Requirements

• 10+ years of account management and sales experience at a digital health, healthcare, wellness, benefits or SaaS company • Deep understanding of behavioral health and how it works with employer groups and the healthcare system • Experience working on enterprise accounts (with ASP in $100k+ range) • Experience working closely with C-level / SVP-level executives • Demonstrated, measurable success running client renewal and expansion campaigns • Strong presentation and storytelling skills • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills • Flexibility and agility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment • Strong results focus • Ability to influence change
