Description

β€’ Represent our clients in a professional manner by directly engaging in one-on-one conversations with potential customers β€’ Ensure all sales plans and contractual commitments are achieved during the sales process β€’ Train and collaborate with other Customer Engagement Specialists maintaining up-to-date working knowledge of all client products and services β€’ Assist the sales team in generating quotes, proposals, contracts, and customer sale documentation β€’ Learn our training techniques by engaging in all leadership development courses β€’ Organize and maintain accurate records of client and sales team information, manage sales material, schedule meetings and track sales activities for the sales team β€’ Apply customer feedback to improve existing standard operating procedures in relation to customer engagement

Requirements

β€’ Experience working in Account Management, Sales, Customer Service, Client Relations, or related industries β€’ Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and occasional weekends as needed β€’ Excel in a fast-paced environment with limited direction from supervisors β€’ Enthusiastic, upbeat, and professional demeanor when interacting with customers β€’ Confident in communication abilities to accurately convey information to customers β€’ Thrives in a team environment with an emphasis on collaboration β€’ Ability to commute and reliable transportation
