Description

• Responsible for building and executing on the strategy for best-in-class customer experience practices & operational efficiencies. • Implement customer self-serve capabilities, intelligent automation, building a knowledge management repository, and more. • Work with the Strategy Managers to identify and execute high-impact projects. • Manage the Program or group of assigned programs under the S&E methodology, governance and practices. • Prepare and present insightful reports to senior management for data-driven decision making. • Provide dynamic leadership, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Degree in business or related field, MBA preferred. • 3-5 years of experience managing and executing strategic projects in a fast-paced environment gained in consumer-driven industries. • Proven experience of delivering transformation programs, including strong networking and senior stakeholder management skills, and ability to challenge, negotiate and influence effectively across businesses and functions. • Credible and influential leader, with experience in designing, shaping and delivering innovative solutions that have had a major impact within the business area and organization. • Demonstrated ability to enforce metrics that drive efficiency, measure performance and reduce costs, combined with a good sense of hands-on mentality and strategic thinking • Strong capabilities in data analysis, root cause analysis, lean methods, operational modeling, and structuring of complex improvement projects • Exceptional project management skills, PMI certified preferred • Experience managing and leading globally dispersed projects teams (directly and indirectly within a matrix organization) and ability to lead cross functional working groups and teams. • Strong communication, relationship building skills, effective problem and conflict resolution skills. • Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally. • Conceptual, analytical and strategic thinking. • Understanding of Customer Relationship Management tools.
