Description

• Senior Sales Development Manager role focused on EMEA Retail Execution products • Reports to Head of Customer & Sales • Responsible for identifying, developing and securing revenue growth • Secure new business to achieve annual sales target • Build and maintain the annual sales plan to achieve revenue targets • Lead and co-ordinate sales campaigns / RFP submissions ensuring alignment across sales, services, support, infrastructure and product aspects • Open conversations with new opportunities, engaging resources from product strategy and professional services teams to support sales cycles • Advance and close sales opportunities through the successful execution of the sales campaigns • Manage face to face meetings during all phases of the sales cycle • Understand and present the value proposition, understand competitive landscape and market trends • Work with Product Strategy to identify new propositions and offers.

Requirements

• Highly successful in developing leads, nurturing into opportunities and subsequent conversion into customers within a SaaS Software & Services environment • Results driven, with the ability to maintain high energy levels, independent and self-motivated • Excellent verbal communication, written and presentation skills, effective time management and adaptable • Experience and established network within the Consumer Goods / Retail industry an advantage • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment • Consultancy based sales approach, with a consistent history of proven quota attainment, strong closing skills, territory management, negotiation, and product knowledge
