Requirements

• Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, or equivalent) in health economics, health services research, epidemiology, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HEOR or RWE, with a proven track record of leading research projects and managing teams. Experience in oncology research is required • Strong knowledge of epidemiological methodologies, real-world evidence generation, and statistical analysis. Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SAS, R). Ability to conduct analyses utilizing claims and EHR data is required. • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences. • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Collaborative and team-oriented with strong negotiation and influence skills.
