β€’ Tempus connects an ecosystem of real-world evidence to deliver actionable insights for precision medicine. β€’ Senior Manager to develop training for customer-facing sales teams. β€’ Collaborate with leadership to devise sales training strategies and build learning plans. β€’ Responsible for development and execution of sales training programs for new hires and ongoing education.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in a related field - science or adult learning preferred. β€’ 3 years leading sales training (learning & development) within the life science, pharmaceutical, biotech, and/or oncology diagnostics industry. β€’ 3 years experience in building training program infrastructure including content creation. β€’ Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage complex projects with resources across multiple teams. β€’ Multi-dimensional in abilities to work on simultaneous tasks, work cross-team and at different levels of the organization. β€’ Experience in developing learning plans, content and assessment measures. β€’ Flexible to changes in an ever changing dynamic environment. β€’ Ability to work independently and with a sense of urgency to meet timelines. β€’ Strong problem-solving skills, good attention to detail, time management skills and personal initiative. β€’ Exceptional human relations skills to coordinate the accomplishment of tasks through other people. β€’ Highly developed written skills, the ability to produce documents for dissemination both inside and outside the organization for presentations, technical briefs and scientific publications. β€’ Outstanding oral presentation skills. β€’ Ability to engage, inspire, and coach. β€’ Intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of computer software programs: Google suites and/or Microsoft office, learning management systems, sales enablement platforms. β€’ Ability to travel up to 50%.
