📋 Description
• FanDuel Group is the premier mobile gaming company in the United States. • Looking for a Lead Advanced Analytics Analyst to join our team in Customer Operations. • Support stakeholders across the online sportsbook product and customer service. • Assist with the development of projects focused on improving the sportsbook product customer experience. • Responsible for journey mapping, monitoring customer service contacts and KPIs to identify pain points and measure the success of product initiatives. • Use data to provide actionable insights to relevant teams.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics or another relevant discipline. Master’s degree preferred. • 8-10 years of experience in a Customer Experience, Sportsbook/Gaming and/or Analytical Role • Must be able to attain required regulatory Licensure(s) • Expertise with SQL, Excel and Tableau (Or similar visualization tools) • Ability to take on complicated problems and turn them into simple, analytical frameworks. • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Knowledge of Sports Betting and Online Gambling platforms is a plus.
