β’ Reporting to the Director of Regional Sales, the Territory Sales Specialist will prioritize sales efforts with both end user and distributors customers to drive positive sales growth within the assigned territory. β’ You will oversee and provide product familiarization and education to end user safety professionals and distributors across all Ergodyne product categories to ensure positive user experience. β’ As the primary sales representative for the region, you will lead and participate in multi-functional team efforts while understanding and effectively communicating all portions of the business. β’ To be successful in this role, you must possess a natural willingness to solve problems utilizing the products and tools offered to you and your customers across the risk hazards focused on and experienced by your customer base. β’ Travel to prospective client sites (end users and distributors) required 65% of the time.
