• Minimum of 3+ years in a Sales/Pre-sales Engineering role in B2B software—cybersecurity and/or workforce management experience preferred. • Proficiency in Linux Server and Windows environments. • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS and Azure. • Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Familiarity with virtualization technologies. • Familiarity with Docker and PostgreSQL. • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, time management, and prioritization skills. • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
