• Support development of utility-scale solar, wind, and energy storage facilities • Lead environmental planning and permitting • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders • Manage consultants and project needs • Conduct environmental due diligence
Requirements
• 8+ years in renewable energy permitting or 10+ years in a similar industry • Experience interpreting federal and state environmental laws • Established relationships with agencies • Solid grasp of environmental impact assessment issues in energy sector • Self-directed, detail-oriented, and strong people skills • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills • Ability to navigate web-based mapping platforms • Substantial experience in the energy sector
