Description

• The Director of Total Rewards is responsible for global payroll administration and total rewards programs. • Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments in multiple countries. • Maintain comprehensive global compensation and benefits programs aligned with business objectives. • Lead the annual compensation review cycle, including salary adjustments and bonus programs. • Ensure adherence to labor laws and compliance in all relevant jurisdictions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or 7-10 years of applicable experience in total rewards, compensation, benefits, and/or HR operations. • Experience with and knowledge of payroll practices within a multi-state setup. • Strong understanding of benefits principles, regulations, and market trends. • Advanced Excel, reporting, and analysis skills. • Knowledge of international, federal, state, and local compensation and benefits laws. • Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS system; experience expanding use of HRIS compensation and total rewards modules. • Ability to engage with and build credibility with internal and external stakeholders, brokers, and vendors. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent project management, time management and organizational abilities. • Ability to professionally manage and safeguard highly sensitive and confidential information. • High attention to detail, with a focus on doing it right vs. getting it done. • Passionate people advocate with a growth mindset and a global perspective.

Benefits

• Oversee and administer benefits programs in multiple countries. • Analyze benefit utilization and make recommendations based on market data and employee needs. • Lead effective employee benefits communication, including marketing materials, educational sessions, and open enrollment. • Manage relationships with brokers, retirement/pension plan providers, and other vendors. • Ensure compliance with regulations related to benefits and compensation, and lead retirement compliance activities such as audits in all countries.
