Description

• Location: This is a 100% remote role open to EMEA residents. • Testlio is a leading quality management company that combines humans and machines to help digital innovators assure quality products. • Actively seeking a Vice President in Europe focusing on the growth of EMEA customers across various industry verticals and segments. • This is a Leadership role, reporting to the Testlio VP of Global Sales. • Contribute to our continued success and maintain a market-leading Net Promoter Score of 75 while delivering exceptional results to our clientele. • High-growth, high-impact commercial role that offers work-from-home flexibility, collaboration with a welcoming team, and a chance to advance your career within a tech ‘scale-up.’ • Opportunity to enable engineering and product leaders to bring digital products to market.

Requirements

• Proven track record of scaling sales teams and achieving revenue growth in enterprise SaaS or services, preferably in the software quality or related industry. • 10+ years of sales leadership experience, including managing geographically dispersed teams in the EMEA region. • Exceptional relationship development skills with C-level executives, decision-makers, and teammates. • Sophisticated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close multimillion-dollar contracts. • Expertise in leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategy and achieve results. • The ability to thrive in a home office environment with a geographically dispersed, international team. • A global perspective, cultural sensitivity, and ability to work effectively across diverse markets. • High motivation and a willingness to adapt to various roles and responsibilities while contributing to overall team success. • A growth mindset fueled by a commitment to continuous learning and a dedication to honing both your technical and soft skills. • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
