Description
• Owns the client relationship with our external customers • Understands software requests and evaluates their impact • Acts as liaison between customer and technical teams • Owns projects for customer implementations • Coordinates meetings and performs program configuration • Provides internal department support including mentoring new or junior staff
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree with a strong technical background or relevant work experience working for a software development team • Technical project management experience (min 5 years) • Client management experience (min 5 years) • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
