And we're just getting started. • Join us in our mission to break down barriers to communication and free the flow of conversation for people everywhere. • TextNow is looking for an experienced, savvy, and strategically minded Staff Product Manager to join our Trust & Safety team and help us defeat spam and fraud while delivering a world-class customer experience. You will be responsible for directly contributing to a cohesive T&S vision and product roadmap. You’ll play a key role in designing new fraud detection methods and tools, evaluating and integrating third party technologies and vendors, and collaborating with our data scientists and engineers to help develop AI/ML to proactively mitigate harmful behavior on the platform. Additionally, you’ll work with other product managers, our customer care team, legal, finance, and senior leadership to help deliver a cohesive customer experience across our platform.

🎯 Requirements

• Creator of cool stuff with experience delivering impactful products and features that are informed by data, technology and market expertise. • Brilliant Collaborator with a minimum of 7-10 years in Product Management at a technology company, with 3-5 years in Trust & Safety or Risk. • Someone who demonstrates ownership and takes decisive action with a demonstrated ability to solve complex problems by creating customer-first solutions and iterating. Adept at evangelizing for long-term investments in infrastructure with clear ROI. • Respectfully candid and experienced in partnering with engineering and data science on developing, evaluating, and deploying AI/ML models for detecting harmful activity. • A bold risk-taker and self-starter who has a problem-solving aptitude and inventive thinking skills. • Resourceful and scrappy, you’re aware of and keep abreast of the overall market and technology landscape, fraud risk and implications, and industry best practices
