• Identify and generate sales opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting • Conduct research into companies planning or conducting clinical trials • Develop and execute outreach strategies and campaigns • Create materials for email and call campaigns • Generate new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and email outreach • Collaborate closely with the Business Development team • Nurture early-stage leads into qualified opportunities • Maintain and update sales activity in Salesforce.com • Provide weekly/monthly metrics and progress reports to management
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • Understanding of or willingness to learn about the clinical trials industry • Proven inside sales experience • Track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals and KPIs • Experience using Salesforce.com or other CRMs • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Strong listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills
