β’ Responsible for driving customer adoption and success by providing oversight, adoption recommendations, opportunities for greater service and risk management. β’ Conduct routine health checks and assist with business value assessment to ensure our customers have the most return on investment from Thales. β’ Act as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including product.
β’ Bachelor's Degree Required or Equivalent Experience β’ 8+ years of account management or customer success management β’ Proven track record and demonstrable skills at presenting technical information at the business executive level or at the architect level β’ Ability to position, discuss and debate solution validation, using objection-handling skills β’ Proficient with and understanding the foundation concepts of data protection (key management and encryption). β’ Strong knowledge of cloud architecture as well as the IT landscape β’ Extensive experience in consulting, pre-sales engineering or implementation of IT systems preferably cloud service and/or data protection β’ Excellent communication skills, including issue tracking, triaging and crisis management β’ Travel 10-20%
